Evan Okoro Slams Ekene Umenwa Over HIV Allegations

Nollywood actress Evan Okoro has called out her colleague Ekene Umenwa following allegations that she is living with HIV. The controversy began when Okoro's name appeared on a list purportedly discussing various actors' health conditions, including HIV, in a private conversation involving UK-based Nigerian nurse Adanma Waller.

Okoro expressed her shock upon seeing her name associated with such a serious health claim and questioned whether Umenwa truly made the statement. Initially, Okoro defended Umenwa when the controversy first surfaced, urging people to wait for Umenwa's explanation.

However, she later expressed hurt and concern over the impact of the rumor on her family, particularly her mother, who is currently unwell. Okoro warned Umenwa that if the statement was indeed fabricated, it could lead to serious consequences for him.
