MeCure Industries Plc Appoints New CEO, Restructures Leadership
MeCure Industries Plc has filed a corporate action notice disclosing a reorganisation of its executive leadership structure, effective 1 August 2026. The filing announces the transition from a Co-Chief Executive Officer model to a single CEO structure, along with two executive appointments.
MeCure Industries Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) of a board-approved reorganisation of its executive leadership structure, transitioning from a Co-Chief Executive Officer arrangement to a traditional single CEO model. The change takes effect from 1 August 2026.
The Board appointed Mrs. Anderline Ndidi Dukor as Chief Executive Officer. In this role, she will assume overall responsibility for the Company's strategic direction, operational performance and executive management, including execution of MeCure's long-term growth strategy and stakeholder engagement.
The Board also appointed Mr. Arjun Udani as Executive Director, Operations & Finance. Mr. Udani will oversee the Company's manufacturing operations, finance and supply chain functions, working alongside the new CEO to support strategic priorities and financial discipline.
The Board stated that the move to a unified leadership structure was driven by a comprehensive review of the Company's strategic priorities, operational requirements and governance framework. The Board described the transition as reflecting the Company's governance maturity and long-term ambitions. The announcement was made in compliance with NGX post-listing disclosure requirements and was signed by Company Secretary Olawale Babatunde Ibitoye.
