Michael Carrick Agrees to Interim Manager Role at Manchester United

Michael Carrick has accepted the role of interim manager at Manchester United, replacing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Carrick's appointment comes after the club parted ways with Ruben Amorim.

The decision to appoint Carrick as interim manager was made after considering other options like Ruud van Nistelrooy. Carrick will be supported by former England assistant Steve Holland and Middlesbrough coach Jonathan Woodgate.
