Minister Urges Nigerian Women to Unite Against Human Trafficking, Calls for Awareness

Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Imaan, urged women in Nigeria to unite against human trafficking. She expressed concern over the high number of Nigerian girls trafficked under false pretenses of lucrative jobs, leading to their exploitation and stranded situations globally.

During a visit to Ogun State, Imaan emphasized the importance of raising awareness and intensifying efforts to combat human trafficking. She called for mothers to protect their daughters and encouraged women to work together to prevent this criminal enterprise.
