Temi Nkem Wins BBNaija Season 11 Amid Mixed Reactions

Temitope Chigbue, also known as Temi Nkem, was crowned the winner of the 11th season of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) during the grand finale held on Sunday. Temi won the "Show Ya Sef" edition with 25.87% of the votes, narrowly defeating Aikou, who received 23.68% and finished as the first runner-up.

Sheba secured the second runner-up position with 9.80%. Temi's victory marks her as the fifth female winner in BBNaija's history, following a 70-day competition that started with 24 housemates and included various challenges and twists.

The season was notable for two disqualifications and a voluntary exit, making it the first to feature all three events. Temi's prize package is valued at N160 million, which includes N90 million in cash and a new SUV.

Following the announcement, social media reactions were mixed, with some fans congratulating Temi while others criticized the outcome, arguing that Aikou deserved the win. Concerns were also raised regarding Temi's residency in the UK and its implications for the show's local support.
