Temi Nkem Wins BBNaija Season 11 With 25.87% of Final Vote

Big Brother Naija Season 11, dubbed the "Show Ya Sef" edition, crowned Temitope Chigbue—better known as Temi Nkem—its victor. The grand finale's outcome became official on Sunday, October 4, following the release of voting tallies by the program's official channels.

Temi garnered 25.87 per cent from the final public vote, edging out first runner-up Aikou, who polled 23.68 per cent. This razor-thin 2.19 percentage-point separation ranked among the closest finishes the franchise has ever witnessed.

At 21 years of age, the winning contestant receives a prize valued near ₦160 million. Raised in London, England, Temi maintains dual Nigerian citizenship via her lineage—paternal ancestry traces to Ibusa, Delta State, and maternal roots lie in Ebute Metta, Lagos.

Currently pursuing Accounting and Finance studies, she simultaneously operates as a lifestyle content creator. Throughout her participation, the housemate demonstrated energetic flair and candid expression, traits that struck a chord with the viewing audience.

When all votes were tallied across the finalist pool, Sheba secured third position at 9.80 per cent, with the remaining competitors sharing the balance. The exceptional nearness separating the top two contenders triggered substantial online discourse, as some fans rallied behind Temi's selection while detractors contended Aikou had delivered superior performances warranting victory.

Competitors in this "Show Ya Sef" iteration faced off across multiple weeks involving varied tests and tactical decision-making before arriving at the concluding event.
