Wunmi Reposts Toluwanisings' Video Amid Burial Disputes

Wunmi, the widow of late musician Mohbad, attracted attention by reposting a video of gospel singer Toluwanisings, whose real name was Sodiq Olayemi Bayonle, performing a hymn on her Instagram story on October 27, 2026. The original video was shared on Toluwanisings' Instagram page on October 5, 2026, just weeks before his death on October 14, 2026, in Ibadan.

Wunmi's repost occurs against the backdrop of ongoing burial disputes involving her late husband Mohbad, who died on September 12, 2023. His father, Joseph Aloba, has insisted on conducting a DNA test to confirm the paternity of Mohbad's son, Liam, before any burial arrangements can proceed.

This situation has left Mohbad's body in a mortuary for over three years, highlighting the complexities and tensions surrounding both families during this difficult time.
