MTN Nigeria Approves Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements

MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board approved the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended 31 March 2026 at a meeting held on 29 April 2026. The filing also confirms that a Closed Period remains in effect for insider transactions until 24 hours after the financial statements are released to the public.
