MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board approved the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended 31 March 2026 at a meeting held on 29 April 2026. MTN Nigeria Communications Plc (NGX: MTNN) has filed a corporate action notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) confirming that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, considered and approved the company's Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended 31 March 2026.

The filing references an earlier announcement dated 30 March 2026, in which the company had notified NGX and the investing public of the scheduled Board meeting.

In line with regulatory practice, MTN Nigeria disclosed that a Closed Period is currently in effect with respect to transactions in the company's securities. This Closed Period will remain active until 24 hours after the financial statements are formally released to the public. During this period, insiders of the company and their connected persons are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in MTN Nigeria's securities in any manner.
