MTN Nigeria (MTNN) Declares ₦26 Interim Dividend for H1 2026
MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has filed a Corporate Actions announcement dated 30 July 2026 disclosing an interim dividend of ₦26 per 2 kobo ordinary share for the period ended 30 June 2026. The dividend was approved by the Board of Directors and is subject to withholding tax deductions.
MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has announced an interim dividend of ₦26 per 2 kobo ordinary share, approved by its Board of Directors for the half-year period ended 30 June 2026. The dividend is subject to the appropriate deduction of withholding tax.
Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 20 August 2026 — the qualification date — will be eligible to receive the dividend. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 21 August 2026.
Payment is scheduled for 7 September 2026 and will be made electronically to shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated Coronation Registrars Limited to pay dividends directly into their bank accounts. Coronation Registrars Limited, located at Plot 9, Amodu Ojikutu Street, Off Saka Tinubu, Victoria Island, Lagos, is the appointed registrar. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends are directed to complete the e-dividend mandate form or contact the registrar. The announcement was signed by Company Secretary Uto Ukpanah, FCIS.
