MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 to consider and approve its Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the half year ending 30 June 2026. The company has also announced the commencement of a Closed Period beginning 1 July 2026, during which insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing in the company's securities.

MTN Nigeria Communications Plc filed a notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 15 June 2026 announcing a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 29 July 2026. The meeting has been convened to consider and approve the company's Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the half-year period ending 30 June 2026, alongside other agenda items.

In compliance with NGX post-listing requirements, MTN Nigeria commenced a Closed Period on Wednesday, 1 July 2026. The Closed Period restricts insiders of the company and their connected persons from directly or indirectly dealing in MTN Nigeria's securities in any manner. The restriction remains in effect until 24 hours after the financial statements have been publicly released.
