MTN Opens Applications for 2026 Graduate Development Programme in Nigeria

MTN has commenced the recruitment process for its 2026 Global Graduate Development Programme (GGDP) in Nigeria, focusing on nurturing talented graduates interested in building a career in the telecom industry. The programme aims to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates by providing them with formal training, job development, and exposure to critical roles within the company.

Participants will undergo a blend of learning approaches, including sessions at MTN's academies across Africa. Dangote Cement PLC is also accepting applications from qualified Nigerian graduates for leadership exposure and career development opportunities.
