MultiChoice Nigeria Enhances DStv and GOtv Packages

MultiChoice Nigeria is set to refresh its DStv and GOtv packages, aiming to provide subscribers with enhanced choice, value, and flexibility. Effective September 17, 2026, the company introduced three new M-Net Movies channels: M-Net Movies+, M-Net Stars, and M-Net Legends, replacing the previous four-channel structure.

This revamp is designed to improve movie discovery and reduce repetition while increasing access to fresh titles, featuring both international and local productions. Additionally, a new channel, SuperSport Kick-Off, has been added to the DStv lineup, focusing on football content and showcasing significant moments from the sport.

France 24, an international news channel, is also being introduced, offering coverage of global affairs and dedicated African news. MultiChoice has indicated that further details regarding the refreshed packages will be announced in the coming weeks, as part of a broader strategy to adapt to changing viewer habits and preferences.
