Bob Manuel Udokwu Discusses Daughter's School Bullying

In an interview, actor Bob Manuel Udokwu disclosed that his daughter experienced bullying in junior secondary school because she is his child. Udokwu, aged 58, explained that he and his wife chose to send their children to public school to ensure they grow up normally despite his celebrity status.

He recounted how senior students targeted his daughter, and to avoid direct confrontation, they opted to let her navigate the situation herself. Udokwu reflected on the importance of raising children in a regular school environment to provide them with a normal upbringing.

He began his education at St. Peter's Primary School in Enugu, later moving to Oraukwu Grammar School in Anambra State.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt and began acting in 1992, notably in the film "Live Bondage." He has contributed significantly to the modern Nigerian film industry and has served as a special assistant to the Anambra State governor on entertainment, tourism, and culture.
