Zlatan Ibile's Parents Initially Reject House Gift

Zlatan Ibile, a popular Nigerian rapper, disclosed during a recent episode of the YACN Podcast that his parents initially rejected a house he purchased for them in Lekki, expressing skepticism about the source of his sudden wealth. Zlatan rose to prominence in the music industry in 2019 and decided to gift his parents a house worth millions.

However, they declined the offer, questioning whether his income was solely from music. This reaction made Zlatan feel disheartened as he felt his parents prioritized suspicion over appreciation.

To address their concerns, he requested time for them to conduct a seven-day prayer to decide whether to accept the gift. Subsequently, he presented his bank statement as evidence of his music earnings, which ultimately convinced his parents to accept the house.
