NAF Air Strikes Eliminate Terrorist Fighters in North-East

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) conducted a successful air interdiction mission in North-East Nigeria, resulting in the elimination of scores of terrorist fighters and commanders. This operation, part of the Joint Task Force North East's Operation Hadin Kai, occurred in Kangarwa and the northern Tumbun area, following credible intelligence.

The mission involved precise air strikes that targeted mass terrorist activities within their enclaves. Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodam, the Director of Public Relations and Information for the NAF, confirmed that the operation aimed to dismantle terrorist strongholds and restrict their freedom of action.

The strikes successfully destroyed key logistical structures and neutralized numerous fighters, significantly degrading the terrorists' operational effectiveness. Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sundai Kelvin Anek, emphasized the NAF's commitment to continuing precise intelligence-driven strikes in coordination with surface forces until every terrorist enclave is dismantled, ensuring the restoration of security in the region.
