NAHCO Board Meeting Set for October 29 to Review Q3 2026 Results

Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) of an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for October 29, 2026. The primary agenda item is the consideration and approval of the company's 2026 Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q3 UFS), covering the period ending September 30, 2026. Additional unspecified agenda items will also be addressed at the meeting.

In connection with the board meeting, NAHCO has declared a closed period commencing October 1, 2026, and running until twenty-four hours after the Q3 UFS is officially released to the market at the end of October 2026. This closed period is being observed in compliance with the Amended Closed Period Rules of the Exchange.

During the closed period, all insiders of the company — including directors, executives, and their connected persons — are prohibited from dealing in NAHCO shares, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever.
