SKYAVN: SAHCO Board Meeting Set for October 19, 2026
Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (SAHCO) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors will meet on 19th October 2026 to consider and approve its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2026. The filing also confirms that the company entered a Closed Period on 1st October 2026, prohibiting directors and insiders from trading in SAHCO shares until 24 hours after the Q3 results are released.
Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (NGX: SKYAVN) filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 22nd September 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors is scheduled to convene at 9:00 am on Monday, 19th October 2026.
The primary agenda item for the meeting is the consideration and approval of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2026 (2026 Q3 UFS). The Board may also address any other business it deems fit at the meeting.
In line with NGX Rulebook requirements, SAHCO commenced a Closed Period on 1st October 2026. During this period, all directors of the company and other designated insiders are prohibited from trading in SAHCO's shares. The restriction will remain in effect until 24 hours after the 2026 Q3 UFS has been released to the public.
The notice was signed by Jesuyemisi Odeyemi, the Company Secretary, and dated 21st September 2026 from Lagos.
