NASCON Allied Industries H1 2026 Results: PAT Up 26%
NASCON Allied Industries Plc filed its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, reporting a 26% rise in profit after tax to ₦19.6 billion. The filing also discloses the company's admission into the NGX 30 Index following the Exchange's half-year review.
NASCON Allied Industries Plc has released its unaudited financial results for the first half of 2026, covering the period ended 30 June 2026.
Revenue grew 4% year-on-year to ₦81.2 billion, while gross profit rose 9% to ₦40.8 billion, with gross profit margin improving to 50% from 48% in the same period of 2025. EBITDA increased 6% to ₦24.1 billion, representing a 30% EBITDA margin. Profit before tax climbed 28% to ₦29.7 billion, and profit after tax rose 26% to ₦19.6 billion. Earnings per share stood at ₦14.51, up 26% from ₦11.54 in H1 2025.
On the balance sheet, total assets grew 45% to ₦161.6 billion compared to ₦111.6 billion in the prior period. Cash and cash equivalents increased 26% to ₦46.1 billion. Property, plant and equipment rose sharply by 165% to ₦31.4 billion. Current liabilities also expanded 60% to ₦79.0 billion.
Finance income more than doubled, rising 126% to ₦5.3 billion, contributing to the stronger pre-tax profit relative to EBITDA growth. Taxation for the period was ₦10.1 billion, up 31%.
The company also disclosed that it was admitted into the NGX 30 Index during the period following the Nigerian Exchange's half-year index review.
