NCC Sensitizes Kaduna Printers on Copyright Law Compliance, Warns of Severe Penalties

The Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) intensifies its nationwide campaign against piracy by sensitizing and inspecting printers, publishers, and booksellers in Kaduna State. Led by State Coordinator Rukayya Muhammad Yeldu, the initiative aims to educate printers on copyright laws to prevent infringement.

Printers are reminded of their legal obligations under the Copyright Act, with severe penalties for non-compliance. The NCC plans to extend the campaign to schools, booksellers, and local government areas in Kaduna State to ensure full compliance with copyright laws.
