NCDMB Council and Management Focus on Corporate Governance and Performance in Oil & Gas Sector

The Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board (NCDMB) Council and Management recently convened a two-day retreat in Akwa Ibom State to discuss improving corporate governance and performance in the oil and gas sector. Key attendees included Heineken Lokpobiri, Ekperikp Ekpo, Felix Omatsola Ogb, and Abayomi Bamidel.

The retreat focused on deepening understanding of statutory responsibilities, governance principles, and strategies to enhance performance. The participants emphasized the need for effective teamwork, trust, and adherence to statutory limits to foster business growth and local content development in line with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act of 2010.
