NCDMB Focuses on Critical Skills Development for Oil and Gas Jobs

The Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is focusing on enhancing critical skill sets to boost job opportunities in the oil and gas sector. During the Africa Energy Week in Cape Town, South Africa, NCDMB's Executive Secretary, Engr Felix Omatsola Ogbe, emphasized the importance of developing skills in areas such as underwater welding, subsea engineering, geosciences, and digitalization to maximize job creation and local content in the industry.
