NDDC Boss Urges Staff to Embrace ADR for Transparency and Due Process

The Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Samuel Ogbuku, has urged agency staff to utilize Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms to enhance transparency and due process. Ogbuku emphasized the importance of resolving conflicts through ADR to foster a culture of fairness, honesty, and accountability in the workplace.

The call for ADR adoption was made during a sensitization program in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The use of ADR is seen as a means to promote trust among employees and reduce workplace conflicts, gossip, and fear.

The NDDC aims to instill a culture of integrity and teamwork through the implementation of ADR practices.
