NECO Releases 2025 SSCE Results: % Obtain Five Credits; Withheld Schools Due to Communal Clash

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results of the 2025 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), revealing that a total of candidates participated in the exams held from June 16 to July 25, 2025. The NECO Registrar, Ibrahim Dantani Wushishi, announced that % of candidates obtained five credits, including English and Mathematics, showcasing students' dedication and the council's commitment to maintaining exam integrity.

However, results from eight schools in Lamorde, Adamawa State, were withheld due to a communal clash that disrupted exams, affecting subjects. The council plans to work with state governments to reorganize exams for affected schools and address cases of mass cheating in schools across states.
