NGICE 2026 Expo to Boost Tinubu's Economic Agenda

The Nigerian-German Investment Cultural Expo (NGICE) 2026, set to take place in Berlin, is designed to advance President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda. Chielo Ojirika, the Nigerian Cultural Ambassador to Germany, stated that the expo will serve as a strategic platform to attract foreign direct investment and strengthen bilateral economic ties.

The initiative aims to create new business opportunities and stimulate economic expansion, targeting a $1 trillion economy and a $100 billion creative tourism sector by 2030. The expo, chaired by former Inspector General of Police Mike Okiro, will bring together investors, government officials, and industry leaders to facilitate partnerships in key sectors such as manufacturing, renewable energy, agriculture, technology, and healthcare.

The event is expected to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and support youth and women-led enterprises across Nigeria. The NGICE team has engaged with various government officials, including Secretary to the Government of the Federation George Akume and current Minister of Foreign Affairs Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, to ensure the event's success.
