Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund Series 12 Offer Opens at ₦113.54

Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NIDF) has filed a corporate action announcing the opening of its Series 12 Offer under its ₦200 billion Issuance Programme. The offer, which opened on 23 September 2026, comprises up to 396,330,000 units of ₦100 each, issued at ₦113.54 per unit.
Chapel Hill Denham's Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NIDF) announced the opening of its Series 12 Offer on 23 September 2026, with the filing submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 25 September 2026. The offer targets up to ₦45 billion through the issuance of 396,330,000 units priced at ₦113.54 per unit.
The NGX closing price on 22 September 2026 was ₦147.70, making the offer price a 23.13% discount to the prevailing market price. The Series 12 Offer is the Fund's twelfth capital raise since its inception in 2017 and the fourth since its NGX listing.
NIDF describes itself as Nigeria's oldest and largest local currency infrastructure debt fund and the first listed infrastructure debt fund on the NGX. Since inception, the Fund has recorded 37 distributions aggregating to more than ₦100 billion and has financed infrastructure projects with an aggregate value equivalent to approximately US$625 million.
The offer is being conducted under NIDF's ₦200 billion Issuance Programme, and the Fund Manager is Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited.
