Chapel Hill Denham Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NGX: NIDF) has filed its unaudited results for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2026, reporting a 2.9% increase in Profit Before Tax to ₦17.36 billion. The filing also announces a Q3 2026 distribution of ₦4.53 per unit, the Fund's 38th distribution since inception.
Chapel Hill Denham Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NGX: NIDF) reported total income of ₦19.13 billion for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, representing a 3.7% increase from the corresponding period in 2025. Profit Before Tax rose 2.9% to ₦17.36 billion over the same period, despite a decline in interest rates.
Interest income on infrastructure loans fell 25.5% period-on-period, attributed to a decline in the yield on the 10-year FGN bond, with the daily average dropping to 16.24% in 9M 2026 from 18.16% in the prior period. However, interest income on bank deposits rose 224.1% to ₦5.1 billion, partially offsetting the shortfall.
Total assets grew marginally by 1.1% year-to-date to ₦139.2 billion, while financial assets held at fair value through profit or loss increased 7.3% to ₦104.4 billion. Total liabilities rose 1.0% to ₦7.2 billion.
The Fund's Investment Committee approved a Q3 2026 distribution of ₦4.53 per unit — its 38th distribution — bringing cumulative distributions to investors to ₦110 billion since inception in 2017. NIDF also commenced a Series 12 capital raise on 23 September 2026, targeting ₦45 billion at an offer price of ₦113.54 per unit, a 23.13% discount to the NGX closing price of ₦147.70 as at 5 October 2026.
