Niger Speaker Sarkindaji Mourns Kebbi's Ankwai's Passing

Ankwai reportedly passed away in the early hours of Tuesday following a brief illness. Sarkindaji described the late Ankwai as a "perfect gentleman" whose death has left a significant void in Nigeria's legislative community.

He acknowledged Ankwai's selfless leadership and meaningful contributions to the legislative and governance development of Kebbi State. Sarkindaji emphasized that Ankwai's death is not only a loss for the people of Kebbi State but also a major setback for the nation's legislative institutions.
