Ganduje Endorses Tinubu for Nigerian Presidency in 2027

Abdullahi Ganduje, former chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), expressed admiration for Bola Tinubu, former Lagos State governor, stating that Nigeria is fortunate to have Tinubu as a potential presidential candidate in 2027. Ganduje made these remarks during a visit to Abuja, where he met with a delegation of northern Nigerian youth leaders representing 19 northern states.

He emphasized Tinubu's political prowess and his ability to unite the country, dismissing claims that Tinubu's administration favors the southern region. Ganduje highlighted Tinubu's proposed reforms, such as the removal of fuel subsidies, as evidence of his commitment to improving the country's economy.

He assured Tinubu of the support of northern youth leaders in his potential presidential bid. Ganduje's endorsement underscores Tinubu's growing influence and support within the APC ahead of the 2023 elections.
