Nigeria and Niger Qualify for 2025 World Chovken Championship in Azerbaijan

Nigeria and Niger have secured spots to represent Africa at the 2025 World Chovken Championship in Baku, Azerbaijan, following their impressive performances at the recent African Chovken Championship held in Abuja. The International Chovken Federation (ICF) President, Bahruz Nabiyev, expressed confidence in the Nigerian and Nigerien teams, praising their high standards of performance and sportsmanship.

The African representatives will join qualifiers from Europe, Asia, and the Americas in the final championship. Nura Kangiwa, the President of the African Region Chovken Federation, commended the winners for their outstanding sportsmanship and discipline, highlighting the growing popularity of chovken in Africa.
