OneBarrow to Host 2026 National Health Equity Conference

OneBarrow International Limited is organizing the 2026 National Health Equity Conference, scheduled for October 13 to 15, 2026, at the Nigeria National Merit Award House in Maitama, Abuja. The conference will focus on the theme “From Policy to Impact: Care Coordination as the Core Engine of Health Equity.” It aims to gather policymakers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to address the ongoing gap between health policies and their implementation in Nigeria.

The Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, will serve as Chief Host, with Hon. Amos Gwamna Magaji and Dr. Tunji Alausa attending as Special Guests of Honour. Yemi Ajao, CEO of OneBarrow International Limited, emphasized the need for coordinated actions to improve healthcare outcomes.

The conference will explore practical approaches to enhance policy implementation, healthcare access, and continuity of care, particularly focusing on underserved communities. Additionally, it will discuss the role of technology and citizen participation in strengthening accountability within the healthcare system.
