Nigeria Immunizes Over 1.4 Million Children in 2025 Public Health Initiative

Public health experts from AC Strategi Consult announced the successful immunization of over 1.4 million children in Nigeria in 2025. The initiative focused on advancing health equity, strengthening health systems, and driving community-centered innovations.

Afeez Olajir, the managing partner, highlighted the program's outcomes, which included a combination of education and entertainment-driven immunization strategies. The project covered 11 high-risk northern states, deploying digital identification and enumeration models to enhance routine immunization coverage.

Additionally, the initiative identified and reached previously missed children, improving data accuracy and service delivery.
