Nigeria and Qatar to Sign MoU on Cultural and Tourism Cooperation

Nigeria's Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, represented by Hannatu Musa Musawa, is in talks with the Qatari government, led by Ambassador Dr. Ali Ghamen Al Hajri, to strengthen cultural ties and promote tourism.

The discussions in Abuja highlighted Nigeria's rich cultural heritage and the potential for a partnership with Qatar to enhance mutual understanding and growth. Both countries expressed interest in collaborating to preserve and showcase Nigerian artifacts, as well as promoting cultural events, art exhibitions, and exchange programs.

The MoU is expected to benefit Nigeria's creative industries and tourism sector significantly.
