Buba Galadima Warns of Civil War Risk Over INEC Chairman Appointment

Buba Galadima, a chieftain of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), warned of the risk of civil war in Nigeria if the federal government proceeds with the alleged plan to appoint a controversial retired Court of Appeal judge as the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
