Nigeria, U.S. Forces Kill ISIS Commander in Joint Operation

In a significant joint operation, Nigerian and U.S. forces successfully eliminated ISIS commander Abu-Bilal Al-Manuki, known as Abu Mainok, along with several of his lieutenants in the Lake Chad Basin. This operation was described as a heavy blow to the ranks of the Islamic State in Nigeria.
