CIPM Celebrates Global Recognition of Nigerian HR Professionals

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has reported an increase in global recognition for Nigerian HR professionals, as stated by President and Chairman of the Governing Council, Mallam Ahmed Ladan Gobir, during the 58th International Conference and Exhibition (ICE). The conference attracted over 4,000 physical delegates and more than 1,000 virtual delegates, marking it as Africa's largest gathering of HR professionals.

Gobir highlighted the Institute's commitment to advancing global standards through partnerships with organizations such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA). He emphasized the need for delegates to translate the knowledge gained into actionable outcomes in their respective organizations.

Gobir expressed gratitude to all participants, acknowledging their role in the conference's success and the importance of collaboration for professional growth.
