The event featured the unveiling of a stunning multi-gemstone ring that included rubies, sapphires, and emeralds, showcasing Effiong-Bob's dedication to craftsmanship and her commitment to telling African stories through her designs.

With a background in civil engineering and a corporate career, she transitioned into the jewelry industry, driven by her lifelong fascination with jewelry, inspired by her mother who sold gold in the 1990s. Effiong-Bob is a certified gemologist trained in Italy and emphasizes the importance of authenticity in the jewelry market, expressing concern over the prevalence of synthetic gemstones.
