Nigerian Soldiers Detained in Burkina Faso Arrive in Accra After Release

Nigerian soldiers who were detained in Burkina Faso have arrived in Accra, Ghana, after being released. The soldiers, who were Nigerian Air Force personnel, made an unscheduled landing in Bobo Dioulasso on December 8 due to technical issues.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the soldiers' release, with spokesperson Kimiebi Ebienfa providing updates. The soldiers are now in Accra post-handling.
