Nigerian Winger Sani Suleman Joins RB Leipzig on Long-Term Deal

Nigerian footballer Sani Suleman has finalized a move to RB Leipzig, signing a long-term contract until 2031. The transfer fee is reported to be slightly above €5 million, rising to around €6 million with performance-related bonuses.

Suleman, a highly-rated talent, impressed with his skills and stats, ranking highly in dribbles and key passes. He previously played for Akwa United in Nigeria, winning the NPFL Rookie Season Award in 2024.

Suleman's signing ends a competitive transfer race involving top European clubs like Bayer Leverkusen, Tottenham, Chelsea, and Paris Saint Germain.
