The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has emerged as the highest-ranked public institution in the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) ethics evaluation, scoring 91.83. This achievement reflects ongoing reforms under the leadership of Gbenga Komolaf, the Chief Executive Officer.

The ICPC assessed 357 ministries, departments, and agencies, highlighting the NUPRC's strong compliance and governance practices. Dr.
