ICPC's 2025 Integrity Report: NUPRC and NDIC Top Rankings, NNPC and FCSC at Bottom

The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) and the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) topped the 2025 Integrity Report released by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC). On the contrary, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) ranked poorly.

The report highlighted 13 government agencies, including NNPC and FCSC, as high-risk for corruption due to non-compliance issues. ICPC assessed 357 agencies using an Ethic and Integrity Compliance (EIC) tool, revealing varying levels of compliance.

Chairman Musa Aliyu San presented the findings, emphasizing the need for improved governance and oversight to boost investor confidence.
