Nigeria’s Seamless Visa Regime As Tool For Enhanced Diplomacy

Nigeria has introduced a new seamless visa regime to enhance diplomacy and foreign relations under President Bola Tinubu's administration. The Foreign Policy Thrust is based on the 4Ds: Diplomacy, Development, Democracy, and Demography.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ab Yusuf Tuggar, unveiled the new visa regime in Abuja, emphasizing its aim to facilitate the visa application process and strengthen bilateral cooperation. The new policy includes a biometric data verification system to protect the integrity of citizens and ensure seamless travel while safeguarding national sovereignty.

The system is designed to eliminate identity fraud, enhance mutual accountability, and streamline the visa application process. The initiative, championed by ASFAAR Visa tour company, aims to promote responsible and legal travel, enhance security, and uphold the dignity of Nigerian citizens.
