Nigeria's U12 Girls' Tennis Team Wins West African Junior Championship

Nigeria's U12 Girls' Tennis Team emerged as the ITF/CAT West African Junior Champions, securing a spot in the Africa Junior Championships. The team, consisting of Mofifunoluwa Atilola, Karina Opuene, and Mabubat Rasaki, displayed exceptional teamwork and skill, defeating competitors from Ghana, Togo, Benin, Liberia, and Sierra Leone.

Despite the boys' team falling short of qualification, the Nigeria Tennis Federation praised the players' efforts and commitment to nurturing young talent. The victory not only earned Nigeria the West African title but also a chance to compete against the best teams in Africa at the AJC.
