NIS South-South and EBS Form Partnership for Sports Growth

The NIS South-South zonal office, located in Benin, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Edo Broadcast Service (EBS) to foster collaboration in grassroots sports development. This initiative aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's 10-year development plan, known as the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The meeting was attended by key figures including Comrade Philip Shaibu, the Director General and CEO of the National Institute for Sports, and Dr. Rashe Oyakhir, the South-South Zonal Coordinator.

The partnership aims to identify and promote talent while enhancing public awareness of sports programs across the South-South zone. The NIS remains committed to fostering partnerships that will drive sports development and create opportunities for young talent within the region.
