NIWA Lagos Boss Receives Nelson Mandela Award

Sarat Braimah, the Lagos Area Manager of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), was honored with the Nelson Mandela Pan African Leadership Award by the African Youth Development Initiative, led by Domin Mensah, during a ceremony in Accra, Ghana.
