NLNG Achieves $149.6 Billion Revenue Milestone

Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) announced a revenue milestone of $149.6 billion since its establishment, equivalent to approximately N204.2 trillion at current exchange rates. The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Adeleye Falade, revealed this during the launch of the company’s Facts and Figures 2026 publication in Lagos.

NLNG has remitted N14.74 trillion in taxes, with $10.8 billion paid since becoming tax compliant in 2009. The company operates six liquefaction trains and has delivered over 6,285 LNG cargoes globally, accounting for about six percent of the world's LNG supply.

The ongoing Train 7 project, which is 93% complete, is expected to increase production capacity from 22 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) to 30 MTPA. NLNG has initiated discussions for future projects, Trains 8, 9, and 10.

Additionally, the company contributed significantly to reducing Nigeria's gas flaring rate and supplied a record 500,000 tonnes of LPG to the domestic market in 2025.
