Daewoo Resolves Tax Dispute on NLNG Train 7 Project in Port Harcourt

Daewoo Engineering & Construction Nigeria Limited has resolved conflicting tax matters with workers on the NLNG Train 7 Project in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The issue was fully clarified and resolved in conjunction with the River State Internal Revenue Service (RIRS) following protests by welders and fitters on the project.

A 14-member investigative committee was inaugurated to examine tax-related concerns on the site, leading to the confirmation of the company's compliance with Nigerian tax laws. Daewoo's commitment to transparency and due process was reaffirmed, ensuring trust and compliance.
