NLNG Trains Over 400 Nigerians for Train 7 Project Expansion

Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) revealed that over 400 Nigerians are currently undergoing training for Train 7, with a focus on preparing for the project's launch. The initiative includes training for plant maintenance and community youth for future operations.

NLNG boasts a 100% Nigerian management team and a workforce that is 95% Nigerian. The Train 7 project, a major expansion of the Bonny Island liquefied natural gas plant, aims to boost the country's gas export capacity significantly.

This expansion is expected to create thousands of direct and indirect jobs, strengthen government revenue, and enhance Nigeria's position in the global gas market.
