Nnamdi Kanu Challenges Validity of Terrorism Charges in Court

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB, insists on the lack of a valid case against him in the ongoing terrorism trial at the Federal High Court in Abuja. Kanu's legal team argued that the charges brought against him have no legal basis.

The prosecution failed to establish evidence linking Kanu to the alleged offenses. The presiding judge, Justice James Omotosho, advised Kanu to seek proper legal advice before proceeding further.

The court granted Kanu four days to file a written defense. The trial is set to resume on November 4-6.
