Judge Declares Nnamdi Kanu an International Terrorist for Attacks on Foreign Embassies

In a ruling by Justice James Omotosho at the Abuja Federal High Court, Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB, was declared an international terrorist for extending his terrorist activities beyond Nigeria, including direct attacks on the United States Embassy and the former British High Commission. Kanu, a graduate in chemical engineering, was found guilty on seven terrorism charges, including incitement to attack foreign embassies.

The court noted that there was no evidence of registration for Radio Biafra with the NBC, reinforcing the conviction. Kanu's actions were deemed to constitute international terrorism.
