Nnamdi Kanu Lists High-Profile Figures as Witnesses in Terrorism Trial

Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has listed former AGF Malami, Governor Wike, and others as witnesses in his ongoing terrorism trial at the Federal High Court in Abuja. Kanu filed a motion before Justice James Omotosho, seeking to call 23 witnesses, including prominent political and military figures.

This move aims to challenge the court's jurisdiction and disprove terrorism allegations against him. Meanwhile, a magistrate court in Abuja has remanded Kanu's special counsel and 12 others arrested during protests.
